I wanted some pictures during the sunrise but when I went out this morning it was snowing. So I did my best to work with the snow but I decided I liked the snow in the tree picture because it adds texture and moment to it. I also wanted the temple in the background so that is why I chose to take a picture of the berry of some sort.

Nice shots! The second one is especially beautiful the way you silhouetted the berries. I like that you let the background blur. Good job!
ReplyDeleteI like your pictures. The first one looks like it is snowing. On the second one I would maybe crop out the tail lights of the car.
ReplyDeleteThat first shot has MOOD! I'm glad it's snowing. It dramatizes the plight of that poor, naked, little tree! Good work. The temple shot has great depth of field. I'm actually a fan of the car lights etc. I think they add a splash of color and heighten the contrast - still snow on a quiet bush unnoticed by people with places to go. The rich blue is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat top picture is great. I love the texture it has. It makes it look like it is raining outside. Cool picture.
ReplyDeleteYour texture picture remindes me of waking up at 6 in the moring.
ReplyDeleteI really like your second picture-I have one like that too! It looks really cool with temple in the background. Perfect illustration of Rexburg!
